Issue & Reproduction Steps

This PR will contain all changes made to the User Activity Logging project.

Each task of this epic will have its own PR targeting this branch, thus allowing a CR for each task and a final CR before being merged into develop.
[Download Logs] Please you need to add the following vars in the environment configuration: (.env file)

AWS_ACCESS_KEY_ID = access_id
AWS_SECRET_ACCESS_KEY = access_key
AWS_DEFAULT_REGION = region_of_bucket
AWS_BUCKET = name_of_bucket_defined
Is important to Restart the supervisors

[Turn Off Logs] Please you need to add the following var environment configuration: (.env file)
SECURITY_LOG=false
